Lost in Hackney

It’s almost the weekend but I find just enough editorial energy to come to the aid of a fellow property professional…

Kirstie Allsopp, presenter of Location, Location, Location, has lost her engagement ring and set up a website pleading its return.

The UK property show hostess mislaid the gem while filming her new series in London on 24th February.

“My boyfriend, Ben gave me the ring, he wanted to mark the birth of our first child, Bay, it is also my engagement ring and means the world to me. So, I am desperate to get it back so am offering a REWARD of £1,000 for its safe return.”

...forget the reward. If the UK’s first lady of property is in Hackney, then perhaps there’s money to be made in this pre-2012 Olympic part of the capital.

If you find a posh ring on the streets of Hackney visit: www.kirstieslostring.co.uk

If, on the other hand, you find a posh flat occupied by smug young men and women boasting how their DIY skills have miraculously added tens of thousands in value to their property…
